This book is a guide – not theory. It is based on the state of December 2025 and describes a real system that is in active use.
What you acquire is the architecture of a fully automated marketing and communications system: the systems thinking, the knowledge of sales techniques and social media, the experience around automation and AI – summarised in a step-by-step guide you can implement.
The book explains not only what the system does, but why it is built the way it is. You understand the logic behind every component – which makes you independent and empowers you to develop the system further yourself.
The book describes four core modules that together form a complete automated marketing system:
Providers such as Make.com, Google, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Superchat and others change their user interfaces, menus and settings regularly and without notice.
What is described in the book is the architecture and logic of the system – not a fixed click path. If a setting is in a different location or a menu label has changed: the system still works. When in doubt, ask Gemini – it knows the current state of the tools.
The book is not continuously updated – it is based on the state of December 2025. The underlying architecture has proven stable in this form.
The success of using this system depends on factors entirely outside my control:

When you operate the system you are personally responsible for compliance with all legal requirements. Please read these points carefully.
If you operate a contact form or qualification form you are required to inform users about the processing of their data. Your privacy policy must include: what you do with the data, who processes it (including any data processors), how long you store it and how someone can request deletion.
Use a reputable generator such as eRecht24 or Datenschutz.org and have the statement reviewed by a lawyer. A missing or outdated privacy policy can lead to cease-and-desist letters.
Before submitting a form, the user must actively consent to their data being processed. This means: a checkbox that the user must tick themselves – no pre-ticked box, no opt-out.
The checkbox must link to the privacy policy and clearly state what the consent is being given for. Document these consents in case of subsequent queries.
Promotional emails and follow-up emails that do not directly relate to the original enquiry require an explicit opt-in. This applies to all automated emails that do not directly answer the enquiry – such as nurturing sequences or newsletters.
Add a separate, voluntary checkbox in the qualification form with the exact content of the communication you intend to send. This checkbox must not be a required field.
Calls and WhatsApp messages for advertising purposes without express consent are legally problematic in Germany and can give rise to injunction claims. This also applies to automated WhatsApp messages via Superchat or similar tools.
Collect consent in the form with a separate checkbox for telephone and another for WhatsApp. Document when and by whom consent was given – also for future proof if needed.

If you use tools such as Make.com, Google (Workspace, Forms, Drive), Superchat, ElevenLabs or Cloudinary and process personal data in doing so, you need a data processing agreement (DPA) with each of these providers.
Most providers make the DPA available automatically as part of their terms of use or on request for download. Check in your account settings whether a DPA has been concluded, or conclude one actively. Without a DPA you may not process personal data with these tools.
You may not store personal data indefinitely. The GDPR requires a clear purpose limitation – once the purpose ceases the data must be deleted.
Recommendation for a simple deletion concept: delete prospects assessed as unsuitable after 6 months. Delete prospects who no longer respond or react to any communication after 12 months. Document your deletion concept in writing – this protects you in the event of enquiries from the data protection authority.
Every commercially used website and every commercially used social media profile requires a complete legal notice (Impressum). This also applies to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok profiles you use as part of this system.
The legal notice must contain: full name or company name, address, contact details (email and telephone), and for limited companies the trade register number and managing directors. A missing or incomplete legal notice is a common cease-and-desist risk. Use a legal notice generator and have it checked.

In this book, brand names such as Make.com, Google, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Superchat, ElevenLabs, Cloudinary and others are mentioned. These are mentioned solely because these tools are used for the system described.
This does not constitute advertising, a recommendation or a partnership with the companies mentioned. The use of these tools is at your own risk and is subject to the respective terms of use of the providers. All trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners.
The entire Reichweitenwerk is built on Google. From Tier 2 onwards you will be working continuously with a Google account. The JSON Blueprints are provided via Google Drive and the AI coach runs via Gemini – also a Google service.
This means: you need an active Google account and agree that parts of your workflow run via the Google infrastructure.
