These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between Pathfinders Berlin e.K., Akazienstraße 3a, 10823 Berlin, Germany (referred to as "we", "us", or "Pathfinders") and customers residing in Australia. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We offer a three-tier model:
Tier 1 (Book): We provide information and links to third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, epubli). The contract of sale for the book is between you and the respective platform.
Tier 2 (Digital Products): The GEM-Tool and Blueprints are delivered as digital content.
Tier 3 (Coaching): Professional consulting and coaching services delivered via digital communication.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.
In accordance with Australian consumer guidelines, we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, or decide you no longer want the product after purchase.
Digital Products (GEM/Blueprints): Since these are delivered instantly, once access is granted or the file is downloaded, no refunds will be issued unless the product is faulty or does not match the description provided on our website.
Coaching: No refunds are provided for completed sessions or for "change of mind" regarding the coaching program.
All prices are listed in EUR.
Pathfinders Berlin e.K. is a German small business (Kleinunternehmer). We currently do not reach the threshold for Australian GST registration. Therefore, no GST is charged on these transactions.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Failure to provide 24 hours' notice or "no-shows" will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
All content, including the GEM-Tool, Blueprints, and coaching materials, is the intellectual property of Pathfinders Berlin e.K. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit these materials.
While we provide high-quality tools and coaching, we do not guarantee specific financial or personal outcomes. You are responsible for the implementation of the strategies provided. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the ACL.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. However, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law.
