ALL SALES OF THE GEM-TOOL AND BLUEPRINTS ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of digital delivery, no refunds or credits will be issued once access is provided or the file is downloaded.
By completing your purchase you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are waiving your right to a refund once digital access has been granted.
Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance by sending an email to info@pathfinders.berlin.
Failure to cancel within this window, or failure to appear ("no-show"), results in a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds are provided for completed sessions.
For books purchased via third-party platforms (Amazon, epubli), the refund policy of the respective platform applies. We have no control over and accept no liability for third-party retailer policies.
