These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pathfinders Berlin e.K., Akazienstraße 3a, 10823 Berlin, Germany ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.
THE SITE AND THE PRODUCTS (GEM-TOOL, BLUEPRINTS, COACHING) ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC FINANCIAL OR PERSONAL RESULTS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PATHFINDERS BERLIN E.K. OR TOBI DOLGENER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Berlin, Germany.
YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
